Space wine: Does it taste better?

Scientists sent twelve bottles of wine to the International Space Station for over a year to study the effects of zero gravity on the product. Experts said that wine appears to mature more quickly in space. Neil and Catherine have the vocabulary you need to talk about this story.

What happens with this kind of wine when they get older is you get lovely floral aromatics, truffle aromatics – so like, you know, violet, peony, all that kind of stuff.

And that was more obvious to me in the wine that had been in space.
