If you're in good hands, you're being looked after by someone competent and trustworthy, like me!

If something is out of hand, it's not under control.
His spending has got a bit out of hand. He needs to get better at budgeting.
Hands down is an informal expression meaning definitely or without question.
His restaurant is the best in the town – hands down.
Lastly, if you lend or givea hand, you help.
I can't do this by myself. Can you lend me ahand?
