สรุป

If a sentence uses a be verb OR a modal verb or an auxiliary verb (can, could, must etc.) you make the question by inverting the subject and the be verb:
หากประโยคใช้คำกริยา เป็น อยู่ คือ (verb to be) หรือคำกริยาช่วย (modal verb หรือ auxiliary verb เช่น can, could, must, etc.) ให้ตั้งประโยคคำถามด้วยการสลับที่ประธานกับ be verb

• British food is terrible
• Is British food terrible?

• British people can't speak foreign languages
• Can you speak any foreign languages?

If a sentence doesn't have be, a modal verb or an auxiliary verb, you add do/does to make a question:
กในประโยคนั้นไม่มีคำกริยา เป็น อยู่ คือ หรือคำกริยาช่วย ให้เติม do/ does เพื่อตั้งประโยคคำถาม:

• British people love tea
• Do you love tea?

• It rains every day
• Does it rain every day?
