Can you sleep during lockdown?

A university in London spoke to more than 2,000 people and discovered that more than half of them weren't sleeping well. Two in five said they’ve had unusual dreams and lots of young people said they were sleeping but not feeling rested. Neil and Catherine look at the vocabulary in the news around this story.

The story

It seems people – in the UK at least – are finding it hard to sleep during lockdown. Researchers at Kings College London spoke to 2,000 people and found out that more than half the people they spoke to weren’t sleeping properly. 2 in 5 were having strange dreams.
