Woman: We're ten in this company. We're a small team of architects. We're dynamic, hard working and all united by the same philosophy: tradition and innovation.
Man: How is your team structured?
Woman: We have three architects specialising in restoration work. The other two have been trained as engineers and are qualified to deal with new building materials.
Man: Your agency is fairly well-known. What is the key to your success?
Woman: First and foremost, the quality of the people in this company. They are creative, flexible, open-minded and ingenious. And they are, above all competitive. They proved this by winning the competition for the local library last year.

Yves: Our firm specialises in the distribution of computers. It's one of the largest firms in this sector. It was founded in nineteen eighty five (1985). We started out with just ten employees and very quickly we doubled our profit. Thanks to this success, we were able to extend our distribution network to an international level. But, first and foremost, we're a family business and we take pride in being able to satisfy our clients with an excellent, and always individualised, service.

Man: I joined the Bolloré group, some twenty years ago, as I arrived in nineteen seventy one (1971). I started by working on the technical side as I worked in the quality control department. Then I took part in the setting up of the first production line for polypropylene film at the Quimper factory. Then I worked in production in both Bolloré Technologies paper factories in Quimper and Scaër, and little by little through all these technical responsibilities I moved into personnel and consequently took on the 'personnel' responsibility pretty quickly.
