Song 1 - Is banna ceoil iontach muid(We're a Fantastic Band)

Sing along to this catchy song with the alien band as you listen to Seoiní, Séimí, Connaí, Barra agus Daire introducing themselves and asking each other how they are feeling.

Click on the Change the Song button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen to enter the under-stage area. The aliens will say how they are feeling and the children must choose the correct helmet for them. The words of the song will change according to how each of the aliens is feeling. The words of the song will appear at the bottom of the screen and they can also be printed out.

Children can practise the song by taking the role of one of the aliens or just enjoy singing with the band and try and memorise the words.

Song 2 - Is maith liom rapáil! (I like raping)

This is a fun interactive activity where you can rap with Seoiní, Séimí, Barra, Connaí and Daire. Try and listen out for rhyming words in the song and don't forget to perform the actions! Listen carefully and see if you can hear the rhyming words (words ending in -io or -o) in the rap.

Click on the Change the Song button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen to enter the under-stage area where children can learn what Séimí likes doing and give him the correct equipment. The words of the song will change according to the equipment Séimí has chosen. The words of the song will appear at the bottom of the screen and they can also be printed out.

Children can practise the rap by taking the role of one of the aliens or just enjoy singing with the band and try and memorise the words. They can also play a miming game using the verbs in the rap.

Song 3 - Ba mhaith liom bheith sa bhanna (Can I Be in the Band?)

Boogie on down and sing along with Séimí, Barra, Connaí and Daire who all want to join Seoní's band. Listen to the song to find out who wants to play the tambourine, the guitar, the drum and the piano.

Click on the Change the Song button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen to enter the under-stage area where the children must give the aliens the musical instruments they ask for. The words of the song will change according to the instrument each alien is playing.

Practise your disco dancing by singing and performing the song. How about putting on a performance for your family and friends! The words of the song will appear at the bottom of the screen and they can also be printed out.
