We Do Kung Fu! are a colourful pop band, from the artistic melting pot that is... Herefordshire!

They like synthesisers, and saxophones, and brightening up your day with slices of day-glo powerpop beauty.

Live on stage

The seven-piece have been making a racket since early March 2008, and are all 23 years old or younger.

Their promo track 'Record Shop', produced and engineered in May 2008, has been featured on The Friday Session Introducing...

The band have also played alongside some top up-and-coming and established acts at gigs and festivals nationwide, including The Anomalies, SKANKt, Dandelion Killers, The Stopouts, Candidates, Zebedy Rays, Wasted Angels and The Return.

The band are always looking for gigs, so if you can offer us a show, big or small, please do get in touch!

I disagree completely with your statement H. The song writing has clear pop-influences and the two voices of Mat and Beti go well, mixing with the 80s style synth and saxaphone. I've seen them a few times and would definately go again. Their sets are always great and filled with energy and Beti is pretty.

Kinda musically confused band. Some good ideas amongst it but overall they're too unfocused and directionless. May prove to be a band that improves with time as their discover their sound.
