Radio 1's Longest Ride with Greg James

This Red Nose Day, Radio 1's Greg James is embarking on his biggest challenge yet, attempting an incredible 1000km cycle - on a tandem bike - all to raise money for Comic Relief.

From Friday 13 March, Greg will attempt to cycle from Weymouth to Edinburgh in eight days. This is his third challenge for Comic Relief - despite saying he would never do one again! Read more about Radio 1's past Red Nose Day challenges here.

But eight years on, he's back. Greg said on Radio 1 Breakfast: "I'm going again! It's been ten years since the first one I did, and I thought it was about time... I'm really, really up for it. And I really hope that you're all up for it as well."

Can he manage the hat trick? "I don't know if I can. But I'm going to give it my best shot."
