Last but not least today, Canadian electro-pop star Grimes has let us all in on the progress of her forthcoming album.

The follow up to 2015's Art Angels will apparently see the light of day this year.

She's tweeted that when her next album comes out in 2018, she'll have put out three records in six years, which is a good effort.

Or a weekend's leisure for King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard.

We can't wait to hear it.

So, how did your January fitness plan work out?

Did you see it through or, like us, lose confidence halfway in.

It's OK, think of Music News LIVE as a safe space.

While we are not here to judge, we do however have one rather fun-sounding suggestion for what you could do this February instead to stay in shape.

He's been telling US music mag Rolling Stone all about his fitness regime.

"My trainer, Kathy Lopez, invented rap Pilates, which is kinda dope.

Justin will perform at "the biggest show on earth" on Sunday night. No, not Coronation Street... the Super Bowl half-time show, of course.

Justin said: "The purple one! That half-time show which I would put as probably up there with Michael (Jackson) and Bruce (Springsteen).
