Sometimes it pays to just come clean when you've not been up to scratch.

Like Canadian DJ Tiga, who posted a refreshingly honest self-assessment after a bad gig in the Italian capital.

"Here's something nobody talks about; how about when you DONT kill it. How about when you are what is actually wrong with the party," he confessed.

"Your programming is lazy, your decisions are Ill-informed, you vacillate between confidence and cluelessness."

He added: "sorry Rome. I love you but I just didn't kill it tonight."

Look at how sad and dejected he is the picture, it's just lucky someone was there to capture it.

Consider yourselves warned and if you want to consider yourselves further advised - play loud.

But not too loud as to hurt your ears of course...

On yesterday's MNL, we brought you that denial from Albert Hammond Jr and Julian Casablancas that The Strokes were planning a new album.

Albert Jrs aid his dad and fellow musician Albert Snr was "prematurely excited" when he revealed that they were in the studio.

Now, the New York band's former friend and newfound rival, by the sounds of it, has had a pop.

Some of you thought it was a great insight into the relationship between the two hip hop stars, while some felt it was a bit one-sided (in both directions).

Others thought it missed the point entirely.
