In a talk about sleep and insomnia, Nick Littlehales, leading sports sleep coach and chair of the British Sleep Council, talks with novelist A. L. Kennedy about his work with elite sportsmen such as David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo and suggests strategies for promoting a good night’s sleep.
