Member of Hip Hop supergroup Black Hippy, Kendrick Lamar will be bringing the beats to the stage at Brixton as part of 1Xtra Live 2012. Early in his career, before gaining releasing his first major label debut, Kendrick Lamar had created a huge internet presence and gained a massive following, working with Busta Rhymes, Warren G, and Dr Dre to name a few! Lamar is a seasoned friend at 1xtra and Radio 1, recording with Semtex, Toddla T, Nick Grimshaw, and getting his freestyle jamming on with Westwood.
