Join Nineties workout legend Mr Motivator and the BBC Philharmonic for a fun-packed and truly motivational exercise class for all ages and abilities.

Dust off your neon lycra and get down to the piazza to join Mr Motivator in a mass workout!

There'll be a prize for the most outlandish outfit, plus a very special musical treat from the BBC Philharmonic brass section.
