Victoria Waterfield (Deborah Watling)

Travelled with the Doctor between The Evil of the Daleks and Fury from the Deep.

Victoria was orphaned when the Daleks murdered her father, Victorian scientist Edward Waterfield. She decided to leave England to travel with the Doctor, who became something of a surrogate father figure.

She was often teased about her prim manner and naivety by Jamie and the Doctor, but they formed a strong team. Following a series of adventures, (including two encounters with the Yeti, a visit to the Cybermen's tombs on Telos, and a battle with the Ice Warriors during the second ice age), Victoria decided to remain on Earth with the Harris family, after helping to destroy a seaweed creature with the amplified sounds of her screaming.
