Dan also runs his own comedy clubs in Manchester, Jokes at the Oaks and Roast at the Oaks. His hobbies include radio and poker.

Tim Renkow

Co-creater, co-writer and star of BBC narrative comedy series Jerk. Series one was released on BBC Three in April 2019 and was subsequently aired on BBC One. It was received well be audience and critics alike. Jerk was quickly recommissioned for a second series, which Tim co-wrote with Shaun Pye, starred in and associate produced. Series two aired in BBC One in August 2021 to further critical acclaim.

In November 2020 Tim was selected as a BAFTA Breakthrough UK artist for his work as a writer-performer. The initiative identifies outstanding individuals in their craft who have had a breakthrough year in the British TV industry.

Tim was nominated for Breakthrough Act at the RTS Awards 2020 JERK won the Representation of Disability, Scripted Award at The Diversify TV Excellence Awards 2019.

Born in Mexico City and raised in North Carolina, Tim moved to London from the United States at the age of 22 to study creative writing and promptly started performing stand-up comedy, through which he found a platform to display his thoughts on the world. He's taken 5 one man shows to the Edinburgh Fringe with Tim Renkow has Accepted Satan as Lord and Saviour earning him the Leicester Square Best Newcomer Award, The Amused Moose Comedy Award and a Chortle Best Newcomer nomination.

Following a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe 2018, Tim's 5th live show transferred to the Soho Theatre for a limited run in April 2019.

Tim is also known for Funny Festival Live (BBC Two), Harry Hills Clubnight (Channl 4) and his role in Viceland/Comedy Central hit comedy series Bobby and Harriet get Married. 

Freya Parker

Well-known for being one half of Lazy Susan, the Edinburgh Comedy Award nominated double-act which has sold-out shows at Leicester Square Theatre, London's Soho Theatre and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The duo can be heard on BBC Radio 4 in the East Coast Listening Post, which has had two series, and their self-titled comedy sketch series aired on BBC Three in 2022 and can be seen on BBC iPlayer. Freya’s acting credits include roles in the West End productions of Goodnight Mister Tom directed by Angus Jackson, and 6 Characters In Search of an Author, directed by Rupert Goold.

On screen, she has featured in Jurassic World: Dominion and The Nevers for HBO. Freya was a series regular in The Mash Report on BBC Two and now on Late Night Mash for Dave. Other credits include Lovesick (Netflix), Climaxed (BBC Three) and Josh (BBC).Freya is a regular on BBC Radio 4 including The Now Show, Newsjack, and the sitcom Dot.

Tadiwa Mahlunge

Billed as “one of the country's top new comedy acts” by The York Press, Tadiwa Mahlunge has performed at, among others, the Latitude, Greenman, and Greenwich Comedy Festivals - alongside the biggest names in comedy - and has provided tour support for Kiri Pritchard-McLean and Jessica Fostekew, and TV warm up for Desiree Birch’s Amazon Prime special.

As seen on BBC One, BBC Two, Dave, Comedy Central, UTV, Comic Relief and heard on BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio Wales, BBC Radio Northampton and BBC Sounds - Tadiwa Mahlunge has established himself as one of comedy’s hottest prospects. As such, he featured on the 2022 Pleasance Comedy Reserve at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Kiri Pritchard McLean

Recent TV appearances include hosting Live at the Apollo, Have I Got News For You, 8 Out of 10 Cats, The Russell Howard Hour (which she writes on) and she's a frequent contributor on Frankie Boyle's New World Order.

During lockdown Kiri hosted Live from the Covid Arms, which has emerged top of the online comedy gigs during this period and was sighted as a cultural highlight of 2020 by The Telegraph. It has been recognised by the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's largest online pub; it had 6,215 visitors to it's online quiz. The Covid Arms has also raised over £140, 000 for food banks and The Trussell Trust.

A regular on BBC radio, Kiri has appeared many times on The Now Show and The News Quiz. She hosts a weekly show on BBC Radio Wales

Kiri is a writing/directing member of Foster's Comedy Award nominated sketch group Gein's Family Giftshop and retains those roles in the group's latest reincarnation TAROT.

A regular on the live circuit, Kiri's last show Home Truths has recently toured the UK to rave reviews.

Kiri is a co-creator and co-host of the All Killa No Filla, a podcast about serial killers that has a gigantic following worldwide. Co hosted with Rachel Fairburn, the podcast's live adaptation sold out The Leicester Square Theatre in minutes and toured the United States. She also co- hosts The Pod of Wales with Esyllt Sears.

Steffun Alun

Welsh optimist Steffan Alun has been performing comedy for over ten years, including five full runs at the Edinburgh Festival. A TV and radio regular in Wales, his first passion is live stand-up, and he can be seen in comedy clubs and theatres across the UK.

Anna Thomas

Anna Thomas is an award-winning comedian, originally hailing from Carmarthenshire, South Wales. As heard and seen on What Just Happened on BBC Radio Wales and BBC One Wales, The Machynlleth Comedy Festival Showcase on BBC Radio Wales and BBC 4Xtra.

She also co-hosts her own podcast I Don’t Usually Find Women Funny But’ She has also appeared on Welcome To Spooktown.

Sharon Wanjohi

Sharon Wanjohi is an up and coming stand-up comedian with a varied act ranging from shock to absurd comedy. A Chortle Student Comedy Award Finalist and Funny Women Stage Award Finalist, with 2 years on the circuit, she talks (maybe too much) about children's films and the cartoon dilfs that inspired a generation of sexual awakenings. And she thinks Ratatouille is a commentary on race.

In 2022 Sharon featured in the Channel 4 online series Jokes Only A … Can Tell which is out later this year.

Sam Campbell

Sam won the Edinburgh Comedy Award for Best Show in 2022 and won the award for most outstanding show at the 2018 Melbourne International Comedy Festival. He has written and starred in his Channel 4 short Get Real Dude as well as playing the regular character Darrel, in Sky's hit sitcom Bloods. He also wrote on the new extremely exciting show Don't Hug My I'm Scared for Channel 4.

Morgan Rees

This softly spoken Welsh comedian boasts a densely packed arsenal of impressive one-liners and hilarious short stories. Morgan has appeared on BBC Radio 4 in the prestigious finals of the BBC New Comedy Award. He was also a runner-up in So You Think You’re Funny 2017, and a finalist in Chortle Student Comedy Award.
