Vegetable chow mein

Jeremy Pang shows us a tasty recipe for his healthy vegetarian chow mein. Grab a grown up and have a go yourself! All the ingredients and quantities needed are listed below.

You will need
  • 300g dried egg noodles
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 head of pak choi
  • 2 stalks of tenderstem broccoli
  • 75g bean sprouts
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1/2 tablespoon vegetarian stir fry sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teasppon sesame oil
