Tasty veggie tofu pad thai
Jeremy Pang teaches us how to cook a delicious Pad Thai using tofu. This one does contain nuts, but they are totally optional. Always check recipes for allergens before you get cooking. All ingredients and quantities are listed below. Have fun!
You will need
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 egg
- 150g rice noodles
- 1 spring onion
- Small handful of chives
- 50g firm tofu (optional)
- 45g bean sprouts
- 1 lime
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small red chilli
- 2 tbsp of tamarind paste
- 2 tbsp of fish sauce (Optional)
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tsp palm sugar
- 2 tbsp of lime juice
- Chopped roasted peanuts (optional)
