How to make your SPOTacular Pudsey biscuits

🚨 Make sure a grown-up helps you as hot equipment is involved! 🚨

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius (360°F). Then, line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine 100 grams of melted butter, 100 grams of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence, and 1 lightly beaten egg.

Step 3

Slowly add 200 grams of self raising flour into your bowl, and stir everything together with a spoon until all the ingredients are fully combined.

Step 4

Now it's time to chill your dough. Cover the mixture and place in the fridge to firm up for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Next, remove the dough from the fridge and roll it into small balls. Position these balls on the baking tray and gently press them down with your fingers to flatten them.

Step 6

Now for the fun part! Let your imagination run wild as you decorate your biscuits with the colorful chocolates, you can make them as spotty as you like!

Step 7

Place the tray in the oven and bake your biscuits for 10-12 minutes or until they achieve a golden brown color. Once done, carefully remove the biscuits from the oven as it will be hot. Allow your biscuits to cool for 5 minutes and then enjoy!
