TV Drama - The Writers' Festival 2011: Booking deadline extended

The deadline for bookings for this year's Writers' Festival has now been extended until June 23rd. Please send all completed application forms through to writersroom.events@bbc.co.uk by midnight on this date.
We've just announced more guest speakers on the festival page - with a fantastic line-up to include Jimmy McGovern, Frank Spotnitz, Jack Thorne, Paula Milne, Toby Whithouse, Stephen Butchard and Alice Nutter to name a few, it's shaping up to be a very exciting year.

Some of the session titles announced so far include: "Team writing US style", "The Curse of the scripwriting guru", "Know Your Audience - Writing for the Youth Market" and "Is it the writer's responsibility to change the world?"
Find out more about the festival and how you can apply for a ticket.
Look forward to seeing you there!

Just wanted to say a thank you and well done to everyone for the last couple of days. Really informative two days. And now the cheeky bit...
Is it possible to get a copy of the slides (perhaps a version posted on the writers room) of the talk on structure by John Yorke and the one on children's drama by Connal Orton? They were incredibly informative and fast, so as best I could do, my pen just couldn't keep up.
There may be other talks that I didn't go to where the same could be done? I realise there may be issues with this request but thought I'd ask.
Thanks again for a great event.
