This week's show may only be two hours long but it's still dense with superlative music of Welsh origin, including a couple of tracks from Future of the Left's remarkable upcoming album How To Stop Your Brain In An Accident.
There will be more fawning drivel about this particular release on these pages imminently.
Don't blink!
Saturday was also Cassette Store Day - although my attempts to pay tribute to this most magnificent and durable of formats is rather chewed up by the tape heads of fate at the very start of the show.
There is only one debut on the show this week, but it's a name that I'm pretty certain I'll be mispronouncing frequently on the airwaves over the coming years. Siwan Clark writes brilliant pop songs on a piano. They're about her life, written from her perspective, and Armpit Song will have you laughing and humming along by equal measure.
Hopefully, anyway.
Please throw excellent new music of Welsh origin at me via themysterytour@gmail.com or through the BBC Introducing Uploader.
Next Saturday night, I'll be live at Festival Number 6 in Portmeirion. The pressing question is this: do I wear my Prisoner jacket?
Hmmm.
