We can’t wait to get back on-air. The team are all fired up to fight your corner, and we’ve already got some really strong investigations underway, tracking down the people who are ripping you off. Tonight, Rachel Treadaway Williams is getting tough as she tries to get answers from one second-hand car dealer.

Rachel Treadaway Williams needs the help of security guards when she confronts a second-hand car dealer.

We’ll also be looking at the things that drive you crazy. This week, it’s those time limits that some out-of-town shopping centres have introduced for their car parks. Overstay, and you could be hit with a hefty fine. That’s what happened to one of our viewers, who just didn’t realise that on match days, the parking time at the shopping centre near the Cardiff City stadium was even more restricted.

She’s refusing to pay her penalty. But can you really get away with doing that? The stakes are high and you could end up in court. So we’ll be looking at exactly what the rules are when it comes to penalties issued by parking firms.

And some of our viewers felt the time limit for parking was too short at one out-of-town shopping centre in Swansea. And we got them a result. More time to park – and shop!

You can see it all on X-Ray tonight on BBC One Wales at 7.30pm. And don’t forget to get in touch if you have something you want us to help you with or if you feel you’ve been short-changed.
