This week's show is now available via the BBC iPlayer. Please listen again any time between now and the start of the next programme.
Sometimes I feel like the boy who cried 'wolf!'. Given the amount of wolf-related Welsh music over recent months - The Joy Formidable's LP Wolf's Law, We Are Animal's single Royal Wolf, Beard of Wolves, Wolves, Vvolves - it's rather understandable, I think.
So, here's another paragraph inviting you to dip your ears into more incredible music-that-happens-to-come-from-Wales. Only a couple of the tracks this week are wolf-related, in case you're suffering something of a primal, adverse reaction.
I'm not quite a wide-eyed innocent, flicking the switches on and off at home because I can't quite get over the magic of electric light, but I do have to tell you that - yet again - I am blown away by the depth of musical excellence in this here 'small' country. Musically it expands its horizons every, single week. I hope the three hours on offer this week are persuasive evidence to that effect.
For example, we have debut plays for excellent new artists such as Chipper, The Lovely Wars, Sarah Louise Owen, Gwyneth Glyn, The Cicatas, Mattoidz, Rory, Addicted To Fish, Last On Scene and Nothing North of Alaska; encompassing everything from soulful electronica to garage thunder.
This is also the first week this year that I've been able to play any of the artists registered with the new Welsh rights collection agency Eos. I've been yanking at the reins, desperate to bring you new wonders from the likes of Georgia Ruth, Siddi and Sen Segur.
I understand how important the negotiations are, for all parties, but from this particular music hack's perspective, it's just a relief to be able to bring you a Welsh music programme that can play any Welsh music it so chooses. I hope a permanent agreement is reached soon.
Elsewhere on the show Alan Holmes reminds us of a band from Bangor (Fay Ray) who got themselves a major record label deal back in the early 80s.
Lara Catrin translates the yearning beauty of Siddi's Un Tro. And Ben 'Soundhog' Hayes treats us to The Poets.
Please submit any new music via the BBC Introducing Uploader.
Have yourself an excellent spring-kissed week.
And please do forgive the erroneous button-pressing at the very start of the programme. Give an idiot 400 buttons to push and he - well, *I* - will find the wrong one, it's one of my innate talents.
