Earlier this week BBC Radio Wales' Roy Noble spoke to Caroline Frampton, a participant in BBC One's living history programme Turn Back Time: The High Street.

Caroline, who is a baker, and her partner Nigel Devlin live in Merthyr Cynog near Brecon in mid Wales.Together with their four children, they experienced shopkeepers' lives during five different eras of British history.
