The final eight polished their weapons (or voices, whatever) to fight for a place in the finals and Will briefly waved his Olympic torch at everyone. With one act from each team definitely leaving, the semi-finalists went hard to avoid going home.

It was impossible decision time for Jess and Danny but after reminding all four artists that this show is only the beginning; it was goodnight for Hannah and Ruth. Show them both some love, people. They’re amazing artists and Voice fam for life.

Week two of the live shows had standing ovations, heated discussions and a knock-knock joke. Most importantly, it had ten fresher-than-fresh performances as Teams Danny and Jessie took to the stage and sung live, loud, and like they’ve never sung before.
