Can you believe it’s been a month since The Voice UK final? Well it has. And as you’d expect, all four of our finalists have been busier than will.i.am in a torch shop.
As the first ever winner of The Voice UK, Leanne was instantly transported into a life of video shoots, photoshoots, interviews and record label meetings. She signed her prize record deal, released her first single and hit the ground running (well singing, but you get the point). Now, Leanne is busy writing and recording her debut album and being nominated for Best Music Act at the National Reality TV Awards!
Tyler, meanwhile, has just to pen to paper on HIS record deal, about which he is over the moon. Speaking about his contract, Mr James said: “aaaaaaaaaaargh!” before revealing he also has a gig booked at London’s Shepherd’s Bush Empire on November 21st. Like Tyler, Bo Bruce has just signed on the dotted line with a major record label, ensuring that you’ll be hearing a lot of her hypnotic tones over the coming years. Within milliseconds of The Voice ending, Bo’s 2010 EP zoomed to number two in the charts that rhymes with pie-tunes, overtaking one of her favourite bands, Coldplay, on the way. She’s performing at V Festival next month too (no biggie).
Last but not least, Vince has continued to set the internet alight with his vocal awesomeness, production brilliance and tie-dye vests. V-unit has been touring around the UK, popping into Radio 1 Xtra and laying down bangers in the studio.
So there you have it: our final four are smashing it. We’re so proud it’s ridonkulous.
