Jazz hands at the ready! It’s Musicals Week!

Musicals Week has arrived, and our celebrities have all been hard at work bringing Broadway to the Strictly ballroom.

Claudia and AJ have been busy preparing a fierce, ferocious Salsa to The Lion King’s “I Just Can’t Wait To Be King” which we just can’t wait to see. Louise and Kevin are ready to hitch their wagon to the Strictly dance floor with a toe-tapping Quickstep to Calamity Jane’s “The Deadwood Stage,” and Ore and Joanne are treating us to a sugary-sweet Foxtrot to “Pure Imagination” from Charlie and The Chocolate Factory – a dance to get your teeth into!

As if all that weren’t enough, the Pro dancers have prepared not one, but TWO group dances. They’ll be kickstarting the evening’s show with as many musicals as you can imagine packed into one sensational song and dance routine, and at the end of the night, it’s Strictly meets West Side Story, as the Pros bring the tale of Tony and Maria to the ballroom.
