Stepping into Week Two of Strictly

We're back with another fabulous week of Strictly Come Dancing and it's all to play for as the couples perform their second routines.

The stakes are high with absolute bangers including a Charleston to Beyonce, a Foxtrot to Frank Sinatra, a Paso Doble to AC/DC and much more from our fabulous 15 couples. Unlike last week, our duos will not only be scored by the Judges but the public vote will be open for the first time this series. Unfortunately, this means that two couples will be in the Dance Off and one will be heading home after tomorrow's Results Show.

    I think Shirley was a bit harsh with her comments to Nigel. Positive feedback is one think but it felt more like a rant! Bit OTT

    I thought Layton was amazing but it’s so unfair to compare him to Krishnan for example when he obviously is professionally trained, maybe not in ballroom but an accomplished dancer never the less. It’s definitely not a level playing field

    Someone has to start the old argument. Layton is a professional dancer. He's appeared on the west end stage in a dancing role; ergo, he's a professional.

    Amanda has surprised me, she can really dance, but Giovanni is a great teacher.

      I think he always has been to a partner who listens and works hard. He has had several great partners. Georgia, Faye, Debbie and if course the perfection of Rose and Gio.

    Fabulous Amanda and Gio, she is 49 not old by any means but not a slip of a girl either. Those lifts were so ambitious and suitable music for a change

    Surely the criticism for the style of dance lies with Karen....After all she choreographed it.

    Nice to have a great dance by 2 profesionals, very enjoyable but out of place in SCD. Still great to watch but if they win it would be a travesty and totally against the SCD ethos.
