We’re heading into Week Seven, where nine couples will be taking to the Ballroom this weekend, and we’re set for an incredible night with not one, but TWO Couple’s Choice dances this Saturday! Here’s what you can expect…

Annabel and Johannes: Couple’s Choice to Wings by Birdy

Angela R and Kai: Waltz to Fascination by Nat King Cole

Angela S and Carlos: Samba to Ain’t It Funny by Jennifer Lopez

Bobby and Dianne: Argentine Tango to Sail by AWOLNATION

Ellie and Vito: American Smooth to Ain’t That A Kick In The Head by Robbie Williams

Krishnan and Lauren: Couple’s Choice to You Can Call Me Al by Paul Simon

Layton and Nikita: Jive to Shake Ur Body by SHY FX, T.Power, Di

Nigel and Katya: Tango to Nothing Breaks Like a Heart by Mark Ronson ft. Miley Cyrus

    I didn't think it possible to like Johannes any more, but the kindness and consideration he shows for Annabel is simply beautiful. As I said on another blog Annabel is just enjoying learning to dance and has no plan other than to enjoy it. Good for her and I've no idea how she is doing it given the horrendous year she has had.

    I am so impressed with Fleur - interviewing Annabel and Johannes - she showed so much empathy , appeared a little tearful when they shared their couple’s choice dance. Think she is an asset to the ITT team. ❤️

    Gosh, it will be tissues at the ready for Annabel and Johannes on Saturday night. I honestly don't know how she manages it after the past few months. I am sure that it will be a wonderful tribute to her husband.

    Thank goodness no street dancing for Annabelle and Johannes. Sound like it will be an emotional routine . Wow this is the calmest I’ve ever seen Johannes. What a lovely partnership

    I predict Angela R will top the leaderboard this week. A waltz with the delightful debonair Kai (no wig) to that music will be gorgeous. I have no problem with Angela, she doesn't choose the dances nor influence the judges. As with others she was invited to participate and has been a good sport considering the hideous wigs she has had to wear. I don't suspect she will win it, as the GBP do like an under dog or a journey. At this point my money is on Ellie, but I won't be too distressed whoever wins. It's an entertainment show and life's too short.

    Johannes and Annabel seem just right for a Strictly pairing he's such a nice guy and I'm looking forward to seeing their couples choice .

    I have fallen in love with Ellie and Vito, I think some of the dances given to couples are a little easier but Ellie just embraces whatever Vito throws at her, wonderful.

    Just caught up with ITT and….Annabel and Johannes had me in bits. 😢 What a lovely lady, and so wonderfully partnered with Johannes who has a heart of gold.💖

    If Angela R progresses further, as she probably will after this weekend, she’s going to have an awful lot of more challenging dances left to do. Perhaps the producers are being kind and letting her do the dances she really wants to do before she is eventually eliminated. Or is that just another conspiracy theory?

    I really am not a fan of the CC If I did not see another street dance CC it would be to soon As they just seem to meld into one If we do have to have the CC Then it should be a chance to be different and make it a dance to remember Something funny or a dance that pulls on the heart strings even Then it might be worthy of the marks given rather than the over marking the CC usually gets This week I might be lucky fingers crossed

    I think it doesn’t take a genius to work out who was Kevin Clifton’s favourite. He was a lot more animated discussing Ellie than he was talking about Angela’s swivel 🤣🤣🤣🤣
