Danny and Oti score the first 40 of 2016!

Strictly always goes big at Blackpool, and tonight was the dance extravaganza we were all expecting. Luckily Craig had packed his 10 paddle for the trip up North, in time to award Danny and Oti the first 40 of the series. Breaking away from the pack, Danny's incredible Charleston gave him a two point lead over Louise and Kevin and Ore and Joanne, who scored a respectable 38 points each.

With 23 points, Ed and Katya found themselves in familiar territory, at the bottom of the board. Though, for Ed, that position has never been a barrier into another week of Strictly. Remind yourself of the scores and join us tomorrow for the Results Show, 7.15pm on BBC One.
