Back to the Ballroom: Week 10 is a go!

After all the excitement of last weekend's Blackpool extravaganza, it's time for our remaining couples to get back in zone (and back to the Ballroom) as we hit the home stretch to the final.

With just seven couples left in the running, they'll be hoping to wow the Judges – and you guys at home – with some of their most spectacular routines to date. To get there, our Strictly stars will be pulling out some real showstoppers, including a Beyoncé Rumba, Rihanna Quickstep and our second Argentine Tango of the series. 

On top of all that, tonight's show will feature Strictly's first ever Paso Doblathon, seeing each of our couples show off their best Paso moves in a dance floor battle like no other. The pressure is on, but who will emerge victorious? And who will make the Judges say Paso-oh-no? It's all happening tonight on BBC One at the new time of 6.50pm.
