I'm new to this but love reading your comments every week. How lovely to see Matt back but what's with all the costumes and makeup? We've never had it like this before - is it so we concentrate on that and not the dancing.

Well I thought that was a terrific dance but I expect the judges to say that she was a little heavy footed.

What on earth was Bruno doing there?!

oh dear - some good lifts and a couple of good moves, but really stiff - was there ANY musicality?? Jared might be a good dancer, but I think he needs more experience as a teacher and choreographer before he does something like this

No way was that better than James and Pamela.

Jared hasn't got it. Look at his lines, no presence, he simply isn't up to the standard expected of male professionals. Anyone else notice the half-hearted clapping of the other professionals? How galling that we lost Brian, and Matthew and Ian for this, as yet, unpolished child.

Aw I was hoping they'd leave the Argentine Tango 'till later in the series....and the Charleston from last week. All the great dances are appearing too early methinks. Being done well mind, but shame, I usually look forward to them but they've already done. Opening dance with the guys was awesome, same sex dancing, different dynamic! FAB!

I love strictly every saturday night, however, as a professional dancer myself I feel offended every week listening to Aleeshas comments. She is not a professional dancer and therefore do not think she is in a position to comment about technique! I feel her place on the panel is unfounded and she should be replaced with someone who is justified in giving criticism.

I think I'm getting old fashioned 'coz I prefer how the show was done a few years ago. Just coz I'm not a fan of the props on the dancefloor or the dressing up to create characters from a film like Grease etc. Just takes it away from the dance and I think the dancers, professional and celeb should create their own stories instead of recreating something from a film. And can any of the AMAZING professional dancers who have slipped off Strictly not have Arlene's job instead of Alesha? I like her, but she's not a professional and her comments don't hold much weight at all and I'm loosing interest with her there :( Can't we go back to the ol' days? I LOVED having Ian there last week! And Matt this week! Welcome back Brendan!!xx

penelope271 - if you watched take two this week you would know Felicity fought against doing the splits but Vincent insisted as he considers it her signature

I love Jimi, but he's done better before. Judges always undermark them, but what the heck was that from them today?

Loved Kara's dance, I do believe they deserved a ten, they have consistently had great routines and have a great chemistry on the floor. I want to like Jimi but I just find something missing? He was entertaining tonight though. Not looking forward to Michelle, I just don't find her appealing or believable as a dancer.

Bah, no mention made of the fact that it was Rocky Horror, and why is Len letting his personal feelings show so blatantly? Last week was bad enough, but to talk to Brendan as if he were a three-year-old? Not on. Loved the dance, great to see Rocky all over the place!

I can't bear to watch any more because I'm so embarrassed, for the celebrities, the professional dancers and the judges. It's as excruciating as watching a much-loved friend who is usually funny, thoughtful and generous and has impeccable manners drink themselves sick and throw up on the Queen's shoes!

Just watched Brendan Cole dancing with Michelle to The Time Warp - absolutely fantastic. Brendan was just brilliant, although I am not a keen fan of his; sometimes he is smug and cannot take criticism. Well done Brendan, you really let yourself go on this.

haha, yeah possibly something going on there with Katie and Gavin. ;) But she appears to be her great, professional self still, so she's being a quiet one. ;)
