Now I see life for what it is

A sunny Friday in these parts. A little deceiving for those with Bank Holiday plans, particularly if they involve a little camping and outdoor work in general as rain is on the way. The August BH has finished in a washout for the last couple of years shears hoping for a slightly drier, more rewarding affair. Until then it’s summer in this house and factor 50 still available on tap.
And a whole week back has flown by. It’s almost as though the holiday never happened and today the movie show is back too. The shamefully under-mentioned Jason Isaacs is back on the show to talk about his new work including the new Bryan Cranston film The Infiltrator.
Then its the ARF (missed you, missed you two). lets kickoff with some 1967 action. The first colour TV broadcasts begin, The Forsyte Saga is on (fiercely black and white) and Radios 1,2,3 and 4 are launched with much fuss and fanfare. At the cinema its Dr Doolittle, Bonne and Clyde and The Graduate. And on the radio? Who fancies what?
