Morning! Hooray for Indian summers! Another lovely, golden day on the way.

Foodie Thursday time and you have to feel sorry for our Nige. Here he is, head full of wonderful dishes and top recipes from around the word, in touch with all the greatest ingredients and seasonal produce, forming relationships with fishmongers and butchers everywhere and he has to talk fish fingers. This was all because of a 3 worder about a fish finger sandwich. Due to our heightened suggestibility to food mentions, this instantly seemed like a good idea. Who can’t go for a good fish finger sandwich (as long as the fish is caught my Malcom in his trawler off Cornwall and the bread is baked by Laura in her bakery in Glasgow). You give up fish fingers when you’re a student but then the top chefs make their own and suddenly you need another one. So mainly it’ll be bread. Top bread tips from the man who knows. This will be tough if you’re cutting down on the dough but hopefully delightful for everyone else.

And it’s time for the CREEPY-CRAWLY oldies as the spiders, daddy longlegs and assorted BUGS invade your house in search of light, warmth, food, your food, sanity etc.
