Right then. A few extra degrees knocking around this morning don’t you think? Dark old Tuesday though. Coffee with a promise of porridge topped with granola and fruit of some sort. Dreaming the dream.

Half term for some, a lot of lingering, heel kicking, thumb twiddling, laptop gazing for some. Hard work, up-as-normal, bill paying for others. Can I just leave you to it then?

Hooray for TUNESDAY! Woke up to hear 6 Music playing The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway by Genesis which was pretty epic but not epic enough at 4.45. No sir. Size matters here.

And elsewhere, across Radio 2 and the BBC it’s Faith in the World Week, where we’ll be exploring ideas of BEAUTY. Tonight the Reverend Kate Bottley presents a special documentary exploring the relationship between inner and outer beauty. Now you may feel you have this in perfect balance already - I know I do - but maybe we should just check out what the Rev has to say anyway, just in case.

And BEAUTY OLDIES to keep us eager in the meantime...
