Doctorin' The House

Well another coffee house blog this morning. Around me the keen and eager of the office set, a few hipsters from Radio 1 (still not sure about the beards guys) and some school kids buying over-priced biscuits. I'm blending in well.

Early start for some book promo (the movie one not the novel one) and then to show 1 which stars Abi Morgan, award winning screenwriter of Suffragettes. And hooray for show 2 too. Your ARF kicks off in super fine style with 1979 chosen as your big opening year. It's 'Crisis? What Crisis?' time (Sun headline not the Supertramp album), Elton is the Soviet Union but singing not calling the Pres (different times) and the last episode of To The Manor Born gets 25 million viewers (ditto). A good year for tunes so your selection will be a tricky one. But when you've decided, let me know...
