Right then, Thursday already and a pretty decent day in prospect. Not just a drier day but a foodier day than yesterday. Today we have not one but 2 lovely chefs for you. Nigel will be bring in his old chum Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall with him to talk LEFTOVERS. Hugh’s latest thing is loving your leftovers, being resourceful and saving money as you go.
