Don’t Call Me Shirley

What ho! Friday already and the charge into the weekend begins. Outfits sorted, shopping done, food prepared, party music selected, tickets booked, suitcases packed, hair washed, socks cleaned, babysitters and taxi sorted (none of those is true). But the ARF will make it feel as though we are all doing all those things and more so hooray for that.
First it's films and Kate Winslet on the Steve Jobs movie (she is very good) and more Bond catch-up; it’s just one of those films where everyone has to have their say (including right here). And for the ARFO we’ll go for 1980. Goodbye to the sixpence, hello to Yes Minister. Douglas Adams published The Restaurant At The End Of The Galaxy and at the movies it’s The Blues Brothers, The Empire Strikes Back and Airplane! And which toe-tapping, dashboard-pounding, dance-floor filler do you fancy to kick it all off? Answers below please!
Have a good one!
Pack that suitcase!
Book those tickets!
