Hey y’all. Wet Wednesday dawning here but you’ll find no complaints here. Any day when you don’t have to wear a hat is a good day. The basic problem is that my head is too small. All my family look amazing in hats, I look an idiot. If your head is the wrong shape, it doesn’t matter how classy your hat is, you’re a lost cause. Might as well go for the full stovepipe and be done with it.
Wednesday sees top history man Dan Snow on the show. He’s off on a tour and may well be visiting a town near you soon. He has a raw energy for his subject which is always compelling and his father’s gift for communication (actually it may be his great-great grandfather’s gift for communication, given that he was David Lloyd George).
