I'm running towards nothing

Well like you I have had an evening meal, slept, showered and breakfasted. Last night I went to see a concert, had a small glass of wine and ate two chocolate mints (what a life!). I have NOT been dancing all night, I have not raided hundreds of thousands of pounds and I am not looking striking in my jogging/dancing lycra. So well done to the brilliant Sara C for just still being there. And she's not just hopping from foot to foot, she's positively owning that dance floor. Well done Sara and well done to all her support team who have been dancing with her through the 24 hours. We loved the All Request 80s and how cracking to have Gary Davies, Sybil Ruscoe, Peter Bowes, Nik Kershaw and Level 42 all chipping in.

And as Wogan House slowly clears up and the detritus of a million dancers, engineers and 80s superstars is swept into the recycling bin, we find Tuesday hosting a Book Club (moved from Monday because of Sara). Gilded Cage by Vic James is part one of a new trilogy about a Britain where everyone must endure 10 years of slavery for a magically-skilled aristocracy. Read a chapter here!

And TREES AND FOREST oldies for the International Day Of Forests today and the announcement of the Tree of the Year (who knew?).

And relax...
