I know that by the time you read this you may well be heartily fed up with Back To The Future Day. But the truth is that I’m not. I loved that movie and how much fun can be had telling your kids about 1985? An awful lot is the answer. Funny, smart and a great soundtrack- 3 qualities which make it stand the test of time. But from now BTF takes place entirely in the past! Time to dig out the life preserver puffa jacket and denim jacket.
And TIME TRAVEL oldies is a MUST.
Plus the great Robert Harris (not Bob Harris obvs) on the final part of his Cicero trilogy ‘Dictator’. These are such great books. Robert is one of our greatest storytellers and the story of one of Rome’s great orators and politicians is just perfect for him. Don’t miss Mr Harris!
