Cardinals and rock 'n' roll

Wednesdays are better than Tuesdays, they just are. Psychologically we have moved on from the weekend and there is another one along very shortly. By the time we are on air, we are over the ‘hump’, as it gets referred to, and we are freewheeling to Friday night. Weird I know but that’s the way it is.
Bad weather for some today, cold leaden skies here and the promise of 3 degrees all day (in fact that’s a show idea right there). I think yesterdays idea to do the show from the African Cup Of Nations is quite timely. We could have a competition to take some bloggers too-no interest in football needed. Just a question like ‘Which continent is hosting the African Cup of Nations?’ and we could be off. I’ll submit it and let you know…
We’ll do a new year rockfest with Dr Mosh today and some WOLF HALL oldies please as the much-anticipated TV adaptation of Hilary Mantel’s novel makes it to TV today. It’s the 16th Century, HENRY VIII, it’s Thomas More, Thomas Cromwell, tights and treachery. You know the score here!
