Friday japes ahoy. Busy morning on the way, busy afternoon, can't remember about the evening (post 7pm). Movie show on 5L features an interview with Christopher Nolan, director and producer of Interstellar which is the big new release of the week. Nolan's films have been the most lauded on the show for a while now, so great excitement awaits a new one. I have booked the family in at the local very-big-screen-with-big-speakers-and-comfy-seats for the many hours the movie takes and looking forward to seeing it again. I shall take rations. Visit the restrooms first...

Then it's a chat with Mick Fleetwood for Drivetime which we'll play you in a few weeks. What a tale he has to tell! Your ARF follows at 5 and shall we have 1967 for openers? It's The Forsyte Saga is on the TV, Francis Chichester sails single handedly around the world in Gypsy Moth IV and your BBC radio split into Radios 1,2,3 and 4. It is arguable that 1967 was amongst the best year to be a music fan, so a big old tune may well be easy...
