Greetings! Happy Wednesday! SO many shows to listen to, I'm going to have to take some time off, just to catch up. Podcasts, books and now a stack of shows downloaded via the old iPlayer app. What's a chap to do? We should all have a week when we are allowed to just catch up on everything we've missed, then return refreshed and reinvigorated. And then last night, to the top of my tottering tower, Randy Newman's America. Oh boy. Such fine tunes, what great lyrics.
Today it's top author and journalist Jonathan Freedland. His journalism is written under his proper name, his thriller writing under Sam Bourne. And his latest is the scarily topical To Kill A President. An out of control leader who is a threat to world peace and an affront to common decency. A plot to assassinate him.
