Small furry creatures from Alpha Centauri

Still at home. No crisis induced trips on the underground, no achey feet or sharpened elbows. So far…
Loved the David Gray and Leann Rimes tunes from yesterday-beautiful harmonies. We’d had some tech issues as a piano pedal wasn’t doing what it was supposed to but David and Leann just smiled through it and sounded great. The only sour note was online. Jon Ronson on Monday was saying that social media criticism can be cruel, vicious and out of proportion- well yesterday proved his point. Some American folk really, really dislike Leann (for various reasons) and they are quite entitled to their opinions, but the tweets i was getting were so vicious i ended up blocking loads of these people. More kindness needed!
Today’s show will be in calm and reassuring waters. Barbara Taylor Bradford has sold more than 88 million books and is published in 90 countries-this woman is astonishing. 10 of her books have been adapted for TV. And there’s a new book on the way called The Cavendon Woman set in 1926 in the stately surrounds of a great Yorkshire house and features a cast of hundreds/thousands. Most of them look fine in jodhpurs (no spell check used).
And tunes please for NATIONAL SCIENCE WEEK! Which runs from 13th-22nd of March! Which is slightly more than a week! Experiments, proofs, profs, boffins, H, He, Li, Be, B, C, N, O, F and Ne amongst others. Safety gear will be provided.
