And a very good morning to you too. This may well be the last blog posting for the season. The software is going on a holiday (not that it deserves it tbh) and can't be reached. In the meantime we can all just carry on adding top cheerful and festive messages to our heart's content. I might test the system and drop a surprise posting every now and then. Or maybe I'll forget, who knows. The show rocks on till Christmas Eve however with a bumper series of all request Christmas shows with Rick Wakeman starring in an all Rick-quest show on Monday. SingalongaRickandfriends should be lovely. If he wants to play the whole of Tales from Topographic Oceans we'll only have half an hour left to fill with other stuff, but we'll steer him away from that probably.
Todays ARF will kickoff with a tip-top choice from 1978. The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy is broadcast for the first time, Naomi James is the first woman to sail around the world singlehandedly, and your host is in the library at university looking for books on Stalin and eating minced beef on toast (I know, sorry).
