Morning to all. More PJ blogging here-ther seems no reason to hurry up and get dressed. I cut the grass on the estate by the dying rays of yesterday's sun and no visitors are expected. So slovenliness is the way it might stay for a while I'm afraid. If the postman needs me to sign for a package, he might have to avert his gaze. I'm sure he's seen worse. Having said that, pyjama days (which didn't exist when we were young) do reek of reckless indulgence to be enjoyed as often as treacle sponge and custard (with extra, heated syrup in a small jug). And having eaten a cornish pasty, chips and mushy peas as a main course.
[Having re-read that, I'm thinking that if that's my idea of decadence, I am a man of simple, even juvenile tastes. Bloggers will have their own to suggest I am sure]
And that has made me rather hungry I'm afraid so Nigel's taste adventure today is Jerk Venison which sounds like my kind of thing. And I can eat Matt's helping too.
And ROBIN HOOD oldies today please as the Robin Hood festival is hauling in the visitors at Sherwood Forest this week. Splendid pics of jousting, archery and merrie children (as well as men) abound so let's add some tunes to go with them.
Have a well-dressed and occasionally decadent Thursday, see you after 5
