Uptown, Uptempo...

Well there we were all excited with having Ringo on the show and as a result, totally forgot about our new Book Club announcement *shakes fist at himself *. We shall impress you with our efficiency today! But anyway Ringo was on good form I thought and full the joys of his new record and LA life. And the accent was just the way a rocknroll scouser who lives in America would speak. Although having said that, stand by for ACDC on the show soon and your main man Brian Johnson who still sounds like the Gateshead man he is. No LA twang there!

Today we rock up with Randy Edelman to talk film scores, composition and hit singles. Although he is still associated here with Uptown Uptempo Woman (he’s the downtown, downbeat guy) and Concrete and Clay, but he’s written more than 100 film scores.
