And a very good morning to you too. Surprisingly damp around the estate but the promise of warmth later to ease us into the weekend. It could be a top swallow/swift/rosé evening in these parts. And a weekend with some sunshine looks on the cards too so flesh may be viewed.
Busy Friday with the Queen opening New Broadcasting House this morning and all sorts of flunkies/essential production and management staff running around and looking stressed. As far as I know she isn't coming to Radio 2 which is round the corner. I certainly wasn't asked to tidy my desk which is awash with wasabi peas, half-drunk cola drinks and confession letters. She might pop in to the 5Live studio for some Wittertainment action I imagine though I dread to think what she would make of it. I imagine she's more of a Gardener's Question Time listener but you never know...She could listen to our Michael Douglas Interview-she almost certainly met Liberace (top fashion clash).
Then we need some ARF action and your opening year of requirement is the dangerously modern 1992. Pick a good one!
