Good morning groovers. Sunny and cold here with a hint of silver birch- induced sniffling. It's usually the first indication that the hay fever season is on the way and means a few weeks/months of antihistamine to ease the path to spring. I'm looking at a big silver birch right now and I swear it's spreading its malevolent branches in our direction on purpose. It senses our weakness and will be tapping on our windows by April. Back off Birch! We have tablets! And syrup!
Anyway, I’ve been up awhile...
Lots of love for Jimmy Osmond yesterday. Such a nice, well adjusted guy. Considering he was living on his own in Japan at the age of 14 that's quite an achievement. And I was quite prepared to play Long Haired Lover but he really, really didn't want me to. And I really, really was happy to oblige him.
So a Tunesday today PLUS your GRAFFITI oldies please. Some Johnny Rotten graffiti in Denmark Street, London has been declared an item of 'cultural significance' and listed grade 2. Yes really. So your appropriately scrawled songs if you can spray them in my direction.
