Well done everyone

...we made it to the shores of another weekend. Cold and wet here but the promise of all request Friday warming the cockles of my Radio 2 heart (which is a weird thing to write and just a little yucky. And confusing biologically speaking). And apologies for the the late appearance of the blog yesterday, this was due to assorted factors and general things not happening (will this do?). Ahem.
So the movies come first with Nick Frost talking Cuban Fury (in case you missed him on Chris today. And even if you didn't, show some commitment). I have so far avoided the charms and delights of Salsa, not being naturally a sequin and high-heel kind of guy. But Nick will try to turn us all onto the rhythms, the Cha Cha Cha and the Mambo. Strutting and clapping, I will then swagger to R2 to kick off the ARF. Shall we return to 1975? The miners took a 35% pay rise (long time ago this), Monty Python and The Holy Grail was released and Slade In Flame was in the cinema. And your host was not being very great at all at Worthing Grammar School. So what tune do you fancy then? Big collars guaranteed...
Right time for a bit of noodling before the work starts.
